With over 30 years of experience as an internationally recognized data center expert, his experience included leading the Mission Critical Systems group at Bloom Energy till August 2019, the premier manufacturer of solid oxide fuel cells. Peter Gross was the Managing Partner for HP’s Consulting Services focusing on Carbon, Power and Critical Facilities, where he was responsible for strategic technology planning and business development and the co-founder and CEO of EYP Mission Critical Facilities, Inc., dedicated to the design and operations of data centers since its founding in 1997, leading to its acquisition by HP in 2008.

Peter is recognized as a thought leader in the mission-critical information, communication, and infrastructure design realm, has published numerous technical journals. Drawing on more than 30 years’ experience in the engineering and design of power systems as applied to data centers, trading floors, command and control centers, and telecommunication and broadcasting facilities, Gross now works with InfraPrime co-founders as a data center advisor to make contribution on the European Union EcoEdgePrimePower clean energy standard conceptual design.
